This Refund & Purchase Policy applies to all digital virtual items sold by ScriptKings (“we,” “our,” “us”) through our official storefront. By completing a purchase, you (“you,” “the customer”) agree to the terms outlined below in full. These terms are designed to ensure clarity, protect against abuse, and maintain fairness for all parties.
All items sold by ScriptKings are digital virtual items, delivered electronically via the Cfx/Tebex platform. These items are non-physical, hold no intrinsic real-world value, and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, cryptocurrency, or any form of real-world currency or goods. Ownership of these items does not transfer any intellectual property rights; instead, you are granted a non-transferable, limited-use license for personal use only, subject to this policy.
Continued access to and use of purchased items depends on the availability and functionality of third-party services, including but not limited to the Cfx and Tebex platforms. ScriptKings is not responsible for outages, downtime, service interruptions, policy changes, or permanent discontinuation of these platforms. No refunds will be issued due to platform-related limitations or closures.
You may request a “no questions asked” refund within seven (7) days of the original transaction date. This excludes gift cards, subscriptions, and repeat purchases of previously refunded products. This policy exists to provide confidence for first-time buyers while preventing abuse.
Refund requests submitted after the 7-day period will only be considered under exceptional circumstances. Approval is entirely at the discretion of ScriptKings, and all decisions are final. Examples of qualifying circumstances may include verified technical incompatibilities or documented accidental purchases.
If you are banned from the platform for violating its rules or terms of service, you are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances. Attempting to bypass a ban by using alternate accounts, false information, or third-party purchases will result in a permanent ban from all ScriptKings services.
Chargebacks and payment disputes are treated as a serious breach of trust. If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting ScriptKings to attempt resolution, you will be permanently banned from future purchases. We also reserve the right to revoke access to all previously purchased products.
If a product has been refunded once and is later repurchased, the subsequent purchase is not eligible for a refund under any circumstances. This rule exists to prevent repeated use of our refund policy.
When a refund is issued, your license to use the refunded product is immediately revoked. You must remove the product and cease all usage. Continued use after a refund constitutes a breach of this policy and may result in permanent account bans or further action.
Refunds for gifted purchases may only be requested by the original purchaser. Refunds will not be issued directly to gift recipients and will always be processed through the original payment method.
All refund decisions are made solely by ScriptKings and are final. By purchasing from us, you agree that these decisions are binding and not subject to appeal beyond the scope of this policy.
By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Purchase Policy in full. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, you should not proceed with your purchase.
